2023 ANNUAL FUND PUBLICATION

Dear Alumni Family,

We are proud of our latest recognition by the US Department of Education recognizing us as a 2023 Exemplary High Performing National Blue Ribbon School. There are 59 high schools (both private and public) throughout the nation who gathered in Washington D.C. in November to receive this designation. A school must be nominated to be considered and many factors are considered, above all cultivating an inclusive and nurturing environment, coupled with a focus on academic excellence for all students.

Reading the congratulatory letter brought all of you to mind, lifelong learners who contribute their time, talent and resources to make sure students can achieve at the highest level and have a rich, well rounded experience.

To continually achieve these results over 128 years speaks to the collaborative team work of the WHHS family: administrators, faculty, staff, students, parents, alumni and community. Our alumni have continued to demonstrate their investment in our future as they have experienced the impact Walnut Hills High School had on their lives.

We are showcasing just how far and how wide the net stretches to cover all the needs of our faculty and students that cannot be filled by public dollars, and how important a role you collectively play in our continued success.

Warm regards,

Debbie HeldmanExecutive
Director WHHS Alumni Foundation
