Schedule Viewing & Error Reporting
A preview of your student’s schedule will be available in Focus on August 6 through August 10, 2026. Please check carefully for errors. Errors include a missing bell, a class you have already passed, or the wrong level of a course. You will report your error on a google doc and counselors will make corrections. ONLY ERRORS REPORTED TO THE GOOGLE DOC WILL BE CORRECTED. Errors reported through emails or phone calls will not be addressed. This includes any communication sent to counselors prior to this notification. Students must use the Error Form.
We will not make changes for other requests that don’t involve errors. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work to ensure all students have correct schedules.
Students, be sure to select View Schedule in Focus to see all of your classes. The Quick View on the Focus homepage does not show everything.
If you believe your schedule has an error, please complete the 26/27 Schedule Error Form below. Access to the Schedule Error Form will be open August 6 and close on August 10 at 3:00pm. Students, you must be logged in to your CPS account in order to access the Google form. If you have issues accessing the error form, please contact your counselor.
Please note, the Counseling Department will open the Schedule Error Form a final time on August 15 through August 21 (will close at 3:00pm) for any remaining errors after the first round of corrections.
