FinalForms Updates

Walnut Hills utilizes FinalForms (a CPS Athletics partnership) as our online platform to complete and sign all required athletic and club forms and fees. This system supports our commitment to safety, compliance, and efficient communication between families and schools, and is used district wide for all students participating in school-sponsored extracurricular activities.

As a new family:

The roll over for the 2025-26 school year takes place July 2. You will receive an email directly from FinalForms prompting you to set up your account. Please follow the prompts to set your account up. From here, you will be able to select any clubs and athletic programs of interest so that you can start receiving information. You will also be able to sign all associated forms and upload physicals so that you are good to go for the 2025-26 school year. If you need help on setting up your account, click here

PARTICIPATION FEES

Walnut Hills assesses both a club participation and athletics participation fee

Athletics Fees: (non-refundable)

  • JH $40/sport/athlete
  • HS $70/sport/athlete
  • DO NOT PAY THE ATHLETICS PARTICIPATION FEE UNTIL AFTER TEAMS HAVE FORMALLY BEEN NAMED. This fee, while able to be transferred to another sport during the same school year, is non-refundable.

Club Fees: (non-refundable)

  • $25 flat rate
  • DO NOT PAY THE CLUB PARTICIPATION FEE UNTIL AFTER YOU ARE SURE YOUR STUDENT WILL BE PARTICIPATING IN A CLUB. This fee is non-refundable.
